We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our supporters that participated in our clubs drag racing season. We had a great year and it is because of the hard work of club members, the community and everyone that attended and participated in the drag races. Together we accomplished our goals and that was to provide a profitable and fun time for everyone. (with lots of hard work!)

We have had wonderful support over the past 34 years and hope to continue that into our next season. It will soon be time to roll up our sleeves and get to work to make our events even better for Snowmobile and ATV enthusiasts across the tri-state area.

Chickaree Ridge Runners Race Committee

The club held its annual Spring Banquet on March 28th at Penn Gables Restaurant near Ebensburg, Pa. There were approximately 30 people who attended. We held Election of Officers, Lifetime Member Awards, Snowmobiler of the Year Award and Dr. Don's Wacky Awards.

Picnic at Raystown

August 9, 2009 Raystown Lake Water Park Pavillion #5 is located inside the park The club will provide beverages and chips. Lunch will be served at 1 p.m. The park opens at 11am to 8pm. We have the pavilion from 8am to 8pm. The admission for the water park is $7.00, which includes all day pass to the waterslides, pool, Waterworks and unlimited mini-golf. By renting the pavilion we are being offered ½ off site seeing cruises on the Proud Mary . The cost with discount is $4.75 and the time is 2:15 to 3:45pm. You will need to choose what meal plan you want. What a great day of savings, enjoy the park, a great meal, a little golf and site seeing all for $21.25 or less doing all activities. Price depends on the meal you choose. The most it can cost you is $21.25 doing all activities with ordering the hamburger meal. The least it could cost is $15.00 doing the hot dog meal with park admission. Please sign up by July 31st. The menu is hamburg/pasta salad/baked beans $9.50 Or Hot dog/pasta salad/baked beans $8.00 Kids mean 12 and under Hamburg/pasta salad/baked beans $5.50 Or Hot dog/pasta salad/baked beans $5.00 Included with hot dogs is Relish, ketchup, mustard & onions Included with burgers is American Cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, onions, ketchup & mustard

Thanks to Dr. Don and Cathy Leckey for inviting the club to their house for a pool party and cookout. We all had a good time! The weather was ok, the food was good and the company was great. Thanks Again.

Thanks to everyone who has helped with the sewer project at the club! We are not done yet, but hopefully soon. We really couldn't get the things done that we do without the help of so many people. Thanks Again!

The club picnic at Raystown Waterpark was excellent. We hope everyone had a good time. The weather started out a little overcast but cleared up and got pretty hot. We had a cookout provided by the Raystown Staff, hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans and pasta salad. Stacy Martin also made perogies and sloppy joes. The water was a little cold at first but you didn't mind it because it was so hot ouside. Thanks to Stacy for planning this event, the club for providing soda, chips, etc. Thanks to everyone who came to spend the day together as a club and also to everyone who brought goodies. Anyone who missed this day, missed out on a really good time. See you next year!
